Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and enterprise risk frameworks in the deployment and management of AI systems and data assets. You will work closely with various teams to embed governance into the organization's data culture and operationalize governance structures that enable trust, transparency, and accountability across the data lifecycle.

- Experience:Essential experience includes 5+ years in Data Management, Data Governance, or Information Risk roles, with a proven track record of operationalizing enterprise-wide governance frameworks
- Skills:The role requires a rare blend of technical literacy and regulatory fluency. Necessary skills include
- the ability to translate complex regulations into actionable business policies,
- expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Critical Data Element (CDE) definition
- strong proficiency in risk classification methodologies.
- Interpersonally: You possess superior collaborative skills to partner with Solutions Architects and Legal teams, and the executive presence to act as a subject matter expert during audits and regulatory inquiries.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in English required; Italian and/or additional European languages are a plus.

Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain the AI Risk Registry, classifying AI systems by risk tier and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Operationalize the Data Governance Council, including agenda setting, decision tracking, and stakeholder coordination, to ensure effective data governance.
- Draft, review, and maintain AI and Data policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and conducting compliance gap assessments.
