  • Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (Advanced degrees in Ethics, Risk Management, or Regulatory Compliance are highly valued)
  • Experience:Essential experience includes 5+ years in Data Management, Data Governance, or Information Risk roles, with a proven track record of operationalizing enterprise-wide governance frameworks
  • Skills:The role requires a rare blend of technical literacy and regulatory fluency. Necessary skills include
    • the ability to translate complex regulations into actionable business policies,
    • expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Critical Data Element (CDE) definition
    • strong proficiency in risk classification methodologies.
  • Interpersonally: You possess superior collaborative skills to partner with Solutions Architects and Legal teams, and the executive presence to act as a subject matter expert during audits and regulatory inquiries.
  • Languages: Professional proficiency in English required; Italian and/or additional European languages are a plus.

  • Design and maintain the AI Risk Registry, classifying AI systems by risk tier and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Operationalize the Data Governance Council, including agenda setting, decision tracking, and stakeholder coordination, to ensure effective data governance.
  • Draft, review, and maintain AI and Data policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and conducting compliance gap assessments.
