  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Regional Compliance Knowledge: Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in at least two to three priority EMEA markets—specifically the UK, Spain, or Romania (exposure to Lithuania or Israel is a plus)
  • 5–7 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations, featuring advanced hands-on experience with Workday transactions, data governance, and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience navigating employee lifecycle processes in audit-conscious operational environments (exposure to SOX controls preferred)
  • Ability to balance execution in high-volume environments with sound judgment on when to resolve, escalate, or route complex operational cases
  • Clear, concise communication style and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Exceptional precision, strong attention to detail, and a quality-first mindset

Key responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions (hires, changes, terminations) with high accuracy and timely documentation in Workday.
  • Own the integrity of employee data in Workday as the system of record, ensuring data impacting payroll, compensation, reporting, and benefits is complete and accurate.
  • Analyze recurring operational bottlenecks and implement scalable workflow enhancements, proactively leveraging modern tools, Workday functionality, and AI-enabled solutions.
