Key responsibilities
- To work 12-hour shifts (24x7) managing IT services in accordance with Kingfisher operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor IT production services of the operating companies that form Kingfisher PLC and perform initial problem determination.
- Fix production incidents in accordance with agreed procedures and co-ordinate the resolution of more difficult incidents by working closely with technical support personnel.
