Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, you have gained initial experience in a recruitment agency or in an HR role, ideally within the retail, hospitality or other fast-paced, people-intensive environments.

 

You have hands-on experience in workforce planning, scheduling and staffing coordination, and are comfortable managing changing priorities and operational needs.

 

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and genuinely enjoy working with people. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you are also comfortable working with numbers and managing large volumes of information with accuracy.

 

Adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented, you thrive in fast-paced environments. You are persistent, reliable and fully committed to delivering on your responsibilities and contributing to the success of the team.

 

Excellent command of Excel is essential, as well as strong organisational and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment for both permanent and 0-hour contracts, managing the full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Oversee the operational side of workforce management, ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently for all events, while maintaining accurate security planning.
  • Collaborate with the Showroom Manager and Account Managers to ensure staff rotas and working hours are accurately planned and communicated to the team.
