- 3+ years of **experience** with applications in computer vision, computer graphics or content generation, and peer-reviewed publications
- Demonstrated capability to **independently lead research projects** with end-to-end responsibility
- Strong experience with **computer vision and graphics** in several of the following areas: 3D animation, image generation, and rendering
- Proven ability in designing and training **deep neural networks** and **generative models**
- Knowledge of traditional **3D animation workflows** is a strong plus
- Advanced proficiency in **Python** programming is essential
- Strong **written and verbal communication skills**
- Strong **problem-solving skills** and the ability to **collaborate** effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. You should be able to **take initiative**, **think creatively**, and propose innovative solutions
- **English proficiency** and experience working in a multinational environment
- Ability to operate and lead in a **fast-paced environment**, managing priorities to meet deadlines
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced deep learning and generative approaches to automate 3D animation production workflows.
- Lead end-to-end research projects, from conception to implementation, while collaborating with the engineering team to integrate models into production tools.
- Construct and curate large datasets to train models, leveraging proprietary assets and other data sources, and employ rigorous testing and iterative improvement processes.
