Join Xplor as a Senior Manager of Transformation, a fixed-term role for 12 months with the potential for extension. In this position, you will help shape how AI impacts customer-facing work, lead transformation initiatives, and partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and define future-state solutions. You will also design and implement AI-enabled processes, develop financial models, and prepare progress updates for senior leadership. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience in transformation, strategy/management consulting, program management, or operations roles, and a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs.
