Join MSX International, a leading partner to vehicle manufacturers and mobility organizations globally. As a Telematics Service Desk Analyst, you will support the Connected Car workforce and manage your own workload within a global team. You will become an expert in Connected Car Technologies, oversee global markets, and ensure service level agreements and KPIs are achieved. This is a full-time position based in Whitley and Gaydon, with a salary of up to £27,000 per annum pro rata, plus additional company benefits.

Additional Information

Working Pattern and Location

  • 40 Hours per week (between 15.30 – 01:00)
  • Contractual coverage of all Bank Holidays
  • Based in Whitley and Gaydon

Package

  • Salary up to £27,000 per annum pro rata, based on experience + Unsociable hours bonus

Key responsibilities

  • Become an expert in the Connected Car Technologies and oversee Global markets such as UK, USA, China, EU and Russia.
  • Manage case management, incident management, technical/hierarchal escalations, and ticket handling.
  • Act as a role model for JLR Values, Customer First Behaviours and Concern Resolution, and provide verbal training and support where required.
