Key responsibilities
- Maintaining positive executive level and stakeholder relationships with clients while ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
- Conducting regular business reviews with clients to assure a high level of satisfaction with Planon products and services.
- Defining and implementing Strategic Account Plans for assigned accounts, using approved models, to identify and position additional client activity and business opportunities.
