Key responsibilities
- Coaching the BDR team through live and recorded call coaching, group coaching pods, and weekly deal reviews.
- Owning the targeting and pipeline quality by selecting the right accounts and contacts for the team to pursue.
- Managing performance by setting targets, running the weekly rhythm, and providing honest feedback on performance.
