Key responsibilities
- Hold a caseload of up to 25 participants, delivering person-centred, strengths-based support and guiding them through the full employment journey.
- Spend the majority of your time working in the community, building and maintaining referral relationships with local organizations and representing Beam at community events.
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify suitable job opportunities and support inclusive recruitment practices.
