Moneyfarm is looking to reinforce its growing FP&A team with an FP&A Analyst who will be actively involved in shaping the direction of Finance at Moneyfarm
Reporting to the Head of FP&A and liaising with numerous departments across the business, you will become an integral part of the Finance team owning the month-end reporting and our FP&A models, driving the forecast cycle, and delivering the financial insight that underpins company-wide decision-making

Assist in the preparation of the annual Budget
Deliver deep-dive analyses on business performance, identifying and interpreting key trends, risks and opportunities to provide actionable recommendations
Develop, maintain and enhance complex financial models to support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis and strategic decision-making
Support monthly closing activities by providing sharp, insightful analysis and commentary for the management reporting package
Act as a strategic finance partner to commercial teams, providing data-driven insights to support new initiatives and drive profitable growth
Proactively identify and lead initiatives to improve processes, automate tasks and implement new systems to scale the Finance function effectively
Support capital planning and contribute to the monitoring, analysis and reporting of the firm’s regulatory capital position, partnering with Finance and Risk teams
