  • Experience: 5–8 years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solution Delivery, consulting, or a related customer-facing role within enterprise SaaS, cloud, or data-focused environments
  • Data Governance: Familiarity with data governance, data privacy, security, access control, GDPR, and data residency concepts
  • Enterprise Customer Success: Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion
  • Regional Expertise: Experience working with customers across multiple EMEA countries and an understanding of the region’s diverse business and regulatory environments
  • Languages: Professional fluency in English; additional European languages such as German, French, or Spanish are an advantage
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Project Management: Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple complex customer initiatives and stakeholders at the same time
  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with confidence engaging technical audiences, business leaders, and executive stakeholders
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of modern data ecosystems and cloud platforms, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Starburst, AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and technical delivery teams in a distributed environment
  • Strategic Account Management: Ability to develop success plans, interpret customer health and usage signals, manage risk, and connect product adoption to measurable business value
  • Approach: Strategic, empathetic, proactive, and customer-focused, with sound judgment and a commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes
