As a Senior Operations Associate, you will work closely with the Head of UK, driving operational excellence and scalability across all processes. You will own the operational reporting rhythm, customer operations processes, and strategic growth initiatives. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role with exceptional growth opportunities.

posted by company- 2-6 years of experience in operations, fintech, financial services, or a high-growth startup
- Comfortable reading and working with financial data: P&L statements, AUM figures, fee schedules, and reconciliation reports
- Demonstrable experience owning operational processes - financial, regulatory, or otherwise - with a strong track record of accuracy and reliability
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) is essential. Experience with Metabase, Zendesk, Iterable, or GMass is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with the UK financial services regulatory environment; experience in an FCA-regulated firm is a strong advantage
- You are curious and project-minded - not content to simply execute tasks, but always looking to improve how things work
- You take ownership. You follow through on commitments, work without hand-holding, and hold yourself to a high standard even on routine tasks

- You are highly organised and can manage a wide range of recurring and ad hoc responsibilities simultaneously without dropping the ball

Key responsibilities
- Be the Pulse of Performance - Own the operational reporting rhythm of the UK business, maintaining an accurate and timely view of performance across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
- Build Customer-Centric Operations - Own customer operations processes, ensuring the integrity of customer reports such as purification reports, tax packs, and client reports, while generating meaningful insights that drive better outcomes for customers.
- Drive operational excellence and scalability across all processes, working closely with global teams to optimise tools, automation, and ways of working to deliver consistently better outcomes.
