You will work in the Sales team that is responsible for Welcome to the Jungle’s revenue targets through selling annual plans, enabling companies to connect with high-quality talent. We are looking for an Account Executive (Associate) to join a collaborative sales team in our London offices.

Base salary in the role is £38-45k.


  • You'll be a member of the Sales team- managing a 360 sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management and delivering a thorough end-to-end sales process.

  • You'll be finding great companies for us to partner with on their recruitment, so that we can help even more candidates to secure their dream job.

  • You’ll be reporting to our UK Team Lead, Nicola, collaborating with the wider Revenue Org. You will work closely with her on our goal to help potential clients see the value in building a better employer brand with our new product suite.

  • You will gain experience in converting both inbound and outbound opportunities in this role as you’ll be actively generating new opportunities through outbound efforts. You will also manage and close inbound leads, as they come in.

  • You’ll test and iterate on ideas to create a high quality pipeline, while ensuring we anticipate, manage and influence companies that aren’t ready to commit today.

  • We are launching a new product suite with new pitches, value proposition and messaging, so you will be learning alongside the current team and able to give feedback and iterate on it along the way.


  • 24 days of annual leave + bank holidays

  • In addition, we have a winter break where the office closes from 25 December to 1 January, so everyone can recharge

  • 4 day weeks after your first month, with Fridays off

  • Universal parental leave - 13 weeks' full pay, 13 weeks' half pay, 13 weeks' statutory pay (if you have been with us for at least 6 months), 13 weeks' unpaid (optional)
