Join Xceptor, a leading provider of intelligent automation solutions for the financial services industry. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new logo sales in the DACH and Nordic regions. You will engage with senior-level stakeholders, manage sales at an enterprise level, and oversee all aspects of the sales process. This is an individual contributor role with support from a team of experienced colleagues.

  • Proficiency in CRM, sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC etc.), and digital tools

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proven track record in closing complex, 6-figure+ SaaS deals within the Financial Services sector
  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally across multiple companies

Key responsibilities

  • Drive new logo sales across Financial Services TAM accounts in the Nordics and DACH regions, delivering an annual revenue target.
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including identification of client solutions, relationship management, product demonstrations/workshops, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop relationships with decision-influencing senior executives within prospect organizations, applying strategic thinking and sector experience.
