In this role, you will deliver a wide range of technical training to delegates in the dealer network, ensuring the quality of all training delivered. You will also undertake design work, manage your personal schedule, complete all aspects of administration, and align all delivery to the brand's culture and requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong motor vehicle technical experience, experience delivering face-to-face learning and development solutions, and strong facilitation, assessment, and evaluation skills.

- Experience of delivering face to face learning and development solutions to an industry leading standard
- Experience delivering a wide variety of technical training topics as specified in the job description
- Experience of designing and developing training material that deliver strong performance against a range of measures
- Strong facilitation, assessment, and evaluation skills
- Ability to translate learning interventions and content in a way that provides learners with the link to how application of learning will lead to performance improvement
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of L&D theory and best practice and how it is practically applied in an L&D function
- An understanding of blended learning and its application
- Intermediate IT Skills – All Microsoft Office Packages
