Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized QHSE Administrator to support the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental function. This role is ideal for an administrative professional with some exposure to compliance, health & safety, environmental management, or quality processes who is looking to develop their career in a QHSE environment.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support, maintain documentation and records, assist with audits and reporting activities, and help ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update QHSE documentation, records, procedures, and databases.
  • Support the coordination of quality, health, safety, and environmental activities across the business.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and compliance documentation.
  • Help track incidents, corrective actions, risk assessments, and follow-up activities.
  • Support internal and external audits by organizing records and required documentation.
  • Monitor training records and assist with scheduling mandatory QHSE training.
  • Ensure accurate filing and retention of compliance-related documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain action logs, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting of QHSE metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide general administrative support to the QHSE team and stakeholders.
