THE ROLE
As an intern, you will work alongside the Trade & Events, PR & Content and Account Management teams, contributing to a wide range of 360° marketing and communications campaigns. The role offers hands-on experience across events, PR, influencer marketing, content creation, research, logistics and client management.
Trade & Events
- Support the planning and delivery of trade and consumer events and in-store activations.
- Research and liaise with venues, partners and suppliers.
- Assist with event logistics, guest lists, materials and on-site delivery.
- Create communication materials in line with client brand guidelines.
- Help evaluate activations, establish benchmarks and prepare post-event reports.
- Update the CRM and support operational processes.
PR & Content
- Assist with creating and distributing email campaigns through the CRM.
- Support influencer and KOL partnerships, from briefing and coordination to campaign monitoring and reporting.
- Manage logistics for press seedings, send-outs, stock checks and couriers.
- Build media lists, research journalists and monitor media coverage.
- Draft media pitches, press releases, newsletters and social media content.
- Conduct market, competitor and campaign research and compile coverage reports.
Account Management
- Help prepare campaign performance and operational reports, including recommendations.
- Conduct market analysis to support RFPs and strategic decisions.
- Identify potential new business opportunities and develop professional networks.
Additional responsibilities
Throughout the year, you will take part in training sessions and brainstorming activities, develop your knowledge of new tools and processes, and support the wider team with logistics, storage, administration and financial tasks.
Overall, this is a highly varied placement offering practical experience across events, PR, influencer marketing, content, marketing strategy, project management and client relations within an international agency environment.
