- Develop the team by owning forecast, pipeline health, and team attainment, and running weekly 1:1s and structured deal reviews.
- Show up in the deals that matter by injecting yourself at high-leverage moments and being a force multiplier for the team.
- Co-own the territory with Channel by partnering with the Channel Partner Manager to map every named Enterprise account to a partner coverage plan.
