Join ILIOS, a construction partner to the STEP Fusion Programme, as a Project Manager Apprentice. This 24-month apprenticeship will provide you with core project management skills, including planning, monitoring, and reporting of engineering and construction projects. You will work with engineers, designers, contractors, and clients, and gain an understanding of quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements. What we are looking for

We are looking for people who are motivated, curious and keen to learn. You do not need prior project management experience.

You should be able to demonstrate:

An interest in construction, engineering or major infrastructure projects
Good organisation and communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Entry Requirement

GCSEs: Grade 5-9 (A*-C) in Maths, English, and Science
A-Levels: Minimum 3 A-Levels (A*-C), or equivalent qualifications
Must be eligible for security and medical clearance
