Responsibilities:
To work with the Project manager to provide informed forecast and prepare the project for month end reporting.
- Work with the Project Manager(s) to provide informed forecasts for the Project (for the Financial Year and Project Lifecycle)
- Consolidation of accruals and reporting to Finance on behalf of PMs
- Collaborate with the Project Planner to ensure forecasts are informed and aligned to the programme.
- Review and Track Costs and Forecasts to ensure and demonstrate continued affordability.
- Produce Cost Reporting Outputs in a timely manner for month end reporting, inputting into all relevant internal financial systems.
- Attending monthly supplier Project Meetings and carry out associated contract administration as required, via CEMAR.
- Raise purchase and contract requisitions and occasionally receipting invoices within the relevant internal system.
- Assessment and checking on invoices and valuations and providing advice to PM to resolve invoice queries.
- Monitoring cost against change and attendance of the change control/EWN meetings
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Manager(s) to provide informed forecasts for the project and ensure alignment with the program.
- Consolidate accruals and report to Finance on behalf of Project Managers, ensuring timely and accurate cost reporting.
- Attend monthly supplier Project Meetings, carry out associated contract administration, and monitor costs against changes.
