Join Kyriba as a Sr. Workday HCM Specialist focused on Recruiting, Performance, and Talent. In this role, you will be responsible for product ownership, process design and optimization, cycle management, system configuration, support and operations, release management, reporting and analytics, data integrity, security, and compliance, enablement, and partnership. You will work closely with HR teams and IT to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-friendly solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HRIS partner and subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting, Performance, and Talent, aligning roadmaps to stakeholder priorities.
  • Lead the discovery, design, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition and Talent processes to increase efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end execution of cyclical programs such as Annual Performance Reviews, Mid-Year Check-ins, Talent Reviews, and Goal/Objective setting.
