Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary HRIS partner and subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting, Performance, and Talent, aligning roadmaps to stakeholder priorities.
- Lead the discovery, design, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition and Talent processes to increase efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
- Orchestrate end-to-end execution of cyclical programs such as Annual Performance Reviews, Mid-Year Check-ins, Talent Reviews, and Goal/Objective setting.
