BPSS clearance will be required at basic level. Prior clearance will not be transferrable.
The Senior Commercial Manager (Cost Verification) is principally responsible for delivering the internally delivered “firewall 3” Cost Verification elements of the Commercial Assurance Strategy for the client Project. The SCM (Cost Verification) is also required to provide suitable expert advice as requested into the creation of the annual assurance schedule, the identification of cross cutting trends and themes, and the delivery of internal actions to address such themes – e.g. the delivery of workshops / education to commercial teams.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Firewall 3 Cost Verification assurance activities and support in the analysis of findings.
- Work with appropriate owners to provide guidance and education to Project Managers and Suppliers regarding their responsibilities for Cost Verification.
- Support the annual review of site Commercial Assurance Strategy and the production of a rolling 12-month Cost Verification assurance schedule.
