Payments Operations Manager

Join HIVED, a rapidly growing climate and logistics startup based in London. As the Payments Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial relationship between HIVED and our driver fleet, ensuring accurate and timely payroll, producing regular pay analysis reports, and maintaining pay framework documentation. You will work closely with various teams to ensure pay decisions reflect operational reality and provide analysis and recommendations for commercial reviews of driver pay structures.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end driver invoicing and payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Produce regular pay analysis reports, investigating discrepancies between expected and actual earnings.
• Maintain pay framework documentation, keeping the logic behind every route type clear and accessible.
