Capital Markets Manager

Join Abound, a fast-growing fintech company redefining consumer lending in the UK and beyond. As a Capital Markets Manager/Analyst, you will play a key role in scaling our funding platform, working directly with the Director of Capital on funding and financing strategy. This is a highly execution-focused role that offers exposure to every stage of the debt capital markets process.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of Abound's debt funding and financing activities, including warehouse facilities, private securitisations, forward flow transactions and public securitisations.
• Work alongside the Director of Capital on live transactions, coordinating with banks, investors, rating agencies, lawyers, auditors and other transaction counterparties.
• Build and maintain financial models, transaction analyses and investor materials to support financing activities.
