Summary
the pitchJoin Vintage.com as a Junior Visual Designer and be part of our Creative team. In this hands-on role, you'll create engaging assets for various marketing channels, including digital and print. You'll work closely with the Visual Designer and the wider Creative team, developing your skills across brand and performance design, motion, video, print, and digital. Your attention to detail, curiosity, and fresh perspective will help us stay consistent while continuing to evolve.

posted by company- Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to support ideation, moodboarding, storyboarding and production workflows
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects
- Experience creating user-friendly Canva templates for colleagues or internal teams
- A proactive, detail-focused and feedback-friendly approach, with an appetite for experimenting with new tools and trends
- A solid understanding of print and pre-press requirements, including bleed, crop marks, CMYK, resolution and print-ready PDFs
- Around two years’ experience in graphic or visual design, supported by a strong portfolio across digital and print work
- Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage several briefs and work collaboratively at pace
- A strong grasp of digital design, layout, hierarchy, typography, pixel density, resolution and social advertising formats
- Experience developing creative for paid social, performance marketing or structured testing
- Experience adapting creative across multiple channels, markets or languages
- An interest in photography, content production or emerging motion and video techniques

Key responsibilities
- Deliver a consistent flow of polished creative across digital, social, print and other marketing channels, responding well to briefs and meeting agreed deadlines.
- Develop and adapt performance-led concepts and creative variants, using campaign learnings to strengthen future work.
- Collaborate with the Visual Designer, Copywriter, Photographer, Content Producer and Marketing teams from brief to final execution.
