Data Enablement & Culture Lead

Join Kingfisher, one of the largest home improvement groups in Europe, as a Data Enablement & Culture Lead. In this role, you will shape a connected and capable data practice across the organization, build a vibrant data community, design skills frameworks and development programs, and lead the standardization and optimization of data and BI tools. You will be a central connector across data disciplines and play a key role in driving the long-term success of Kingfisher's data strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of the Data community across the organization, including running Communities of Practice and collaboration forums.
• Design and implement skills frameworks, career paths, and development programs to attract, grow, and retain data talent.
• Lead the assessment, standardization, and adoption of data and BI tooling, driving efficiency and consistent ways of working.
