Join NUVIA UK, a fast-growing technical services and consulting company. As a Quality Project Office Analyst, you will support the Quality Function in developing and maintaining a digital reporting suite for quality key performance indicators. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, drive improvements in project delivery, and participate in the implementation of digital tools. The position is hybrid, based in London or Suffolk, and requires BPSS clearance.

Essential

  • Experience in large Project organisations
  • PowerBI report development within complex organisations
  • Analysis of data, preparing reports and making recommendations
  • The ability to influence and to provide constructive challenge which is accepted by others
  • The ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A team player who recognises how their position impacts and influences others
  • Pro-active and flexible, being prepared to plan and work on own initiative
  • Fluent in English language

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the nuclear sector, ideally new build
  • Financial reporting experience

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • A HNC/HND qualification or degree in a relevant data analytics/IT, project management or project controls subject, or equivalent qualification.
  • Broad experience of implementing a variety of PowerBI reporting solutions
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Proven experience of interaction and resolving issues with a wide range of stakeholders in a multicultural environment

Desirable

  • Commercial exposure, especially supplier management

Key responsibilities

  • Evolve and adapt existing reporting tools to optimise data entry and implement PowerBI reporting functionality.
  • Regular maintenance and data refresh duties to service a broad range of internal customers and continuously improve reporting.
  • Support the Quality Lead in managing the development of a reporting development roadmap and drive improvements into the Project.
