As an Implementation Manager, you will lead end-to-end implementation projects for new clients, act as the primary technical and operational liaison for client teams, and help shape our Implementation function from scratch. Role

posted by company
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles supporting SaaS implementations, systems integration, or in a product specialist/implementation consultant role - ideally within the financial services, wealth, or private banking sector.

  • Technically fluent: comfortable with platform configuration, basic scripting/querying, and discussing APIs or data migration processes with client IT teams.

  • Adept at managing both the business/user and technical/IT client stakeholders, understanding their unique challenges and translating between the two.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills - able to run multiple projects simultaneously in a structured but pragmatic way.

  • “Zero-to-one” mentality: you’re excited to help build and iterate our approach as we scale from our first clients upwards.

  • Experience with regulatory, risk, or compliance processes in finance is a plus.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new clients, from discovery to launch.
  • Act as the primary technical and operational liaison for client teams, translating their requirements into tailored platform setups.
  • Build, document, and continuously improve implementation playbooks for repeatability and quality.
