Key responsibilities
- Act as a core member of the NTT DATA account management team for a flagship Insurance client, providing technical direction across transition, transformation, and ongoing service evolution.
- Work with client’s technology leadership, Enterprise Architecture, Product Owners, CISO function, and Business Units Technology leaders to define and maintain the target technology vision, architecture principles, and transformation roadmap.
- Build trusted relationships across client’s Business Units leadership, understanding their strategies, customer priorities, regulatory requirements, and technology needs.
