We are looking for an autonomous and detail-oriented instructional designer comfortable working in an international SaaS environment.
### Required
- **Native English speaker (mandatory)**
- Proven experience in Instructional Design, Learning Design, Technical Writing or Content Design
- Experience working with SaaS products or enterprise software environments
- Strong structured writing and simplification skills
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
### Nice to Have
- Digital Adoption or software training experience
- UX writing / content design background
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience with ERP, CRM or HRIS tools
