This hybrid role is based in Glasgow, with a salary of up to £85,000 (DOE).

· Available to work in Glasgow at least 3 days per week with potential travel across the UK.
· Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
· Significant experience leading major civil engineering or infrastructure projects in a highly regulated environment.
· Proven delivery experience across the full project lifecycle, including design development, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
· Strong working knowledge of contract administration and project delivery under NEC4 forms of contract.
· Demonstrable experience managing change control, commercial issues, risk and opportunity on complex infrastructure projects.
· Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing contractor and consultant performance to achieve programme outcomes.
· Strong stakeholder management, reporting and governance skills, with the confidence to engage at senior level.
· Chartered status, or working towards chartership, with a relevant professional institution.
· NEC4 ECC Accredited Project Manager, or willingness to achieve this soon.
Desirable:
· SMSTS or equivalent site management qualification.
· Previous experience delivering heavy civils, structural, utilities or defence infrastructure projects.
· APM project management qualification.
· Experience using CEMAR or similar contract administration systems.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex civil engineering or infrastructure projects in a regulated environment, ensuring successful delivery across the full project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, contractors, project controls, and commercial specialists, to achieve project objectives.
- Manage stakeholders and ensure compliance with commercial parameters and performance criteria, while also overseeing procurement and contract administration.
