As we prepare to open our new London boutique, we are looking for an experienced Supervisor who will help build a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional client experience from day one.

Your Mission

As a Supervisor, you will lead by example. In our boutiques, leadership means being present on the sales floor and actively contributing to every aspect of the business. You will inspire the team not only through coaching and commercial performance, but also by participating in the daily operational life of the boutique.

You will:

• Deliver an exceptional client experience and inspire the team to do the same.

• Support the daily operation of the boutique, including opening and closing procedures.

• Coach and motivate the team to achieve individual and boutique KPIs.

• Ensure the boutique consistently reflects Fusalp’s visual merchandising and operational standards.

• Lead by example by actively participating in stock management, deliveries, inventories, merchandising and all daily operational activities alongside the team.

• Act as a key holder and confidently manage the boutique in the Store Manager’s absence.

• Foster a positive, collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
