Summary
the pitchJoin Swift, a global leader in financial messaging services, as a Senior Compliance Specialist. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in Swift's compliance transformation, working closely with stakeholders across the organization. Your responsibilities will include conducting compliance risk assessments, monitoring control performance, and ensuring senior management has a clear view of compliance risk and maturity. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance metrics and support the ongoing maturity of Swift's internal compliance assurance practices.

- Familiarity with reporting to governance bodies and authorities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or similar roles
- Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
- Process-driven mindset, capable of designing and applying procedures in their day-to-day activities
- Professional English language skills
- Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable using digital tools and databases to manage control and risk information
- Inclusive, collaborative, delivery-focused and with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with regulatory frameworks, relevant risk indicators, and identifying and implementing compliance controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Experience working in multicultural and/or international environments
- High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Strong experience in governance, risk, and control (GRC), compliance assurance, or regulatory reporting, primarily from assessment perspective
- Organised and passionate for continuous improvement and high-quality work deliverables
- Knowledge of data visualization or compliance tooling
- Project management experience

- Maintain and update repositories of compliance controls and related information, execute and support compliance risk assessments across compliance domains.
- Prepare and deliver compliance risk assessment and assurance reporting to management and governance bodies, and contribute to the development of compliance metrics.
