Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the UK&I SME specialist sales strategy in close partnership with account teams, BD and key stakeholders.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of 4-6 small and medium business segment specialist sales professionals, ensuring clear priorities, strong execution and measurable commercial impact.
- Work alongside UK&I account teams to identify SME growth opportunities, qualify pipeline, shape client propositions and support deal conversion.
