Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant resolution.
- Provide expert guidance to line managers and HR Business Partners on employment law and employee relations best practices.
- Contribute to the design and refresh of employee relations policies and toolkits, and support investigations and whistleblowing cases.
