Required Skills and Experience

  • Digital Content Creation
    Proven experience creating digital content across multiple formats with strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.

  • Experience with Authoring Tools
    Hands-on experience using e-learning authoring tools and digital content platforms.

  • Information Simplification
    The ability to translate complex, technical, or business-heavy information into simple, practical, and engaging resources. 

  • Project Management / Prioritisation Skills
    Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace in a fast-moving environment.

  • Stakeholder & Partner
    Comfortable working directly with a diverse range of stakeholders, Partners, Trainers, and external vendors.

  • Data-Driven Iteration
    Experience using operational reporting, engagement insights, learner behaviour data, and user feedback to continuously optimise content effectiveness and Partner learning experiences.
