Summary

the pitch

Join our team as a Partner Growth Manager, where you'll manage and grow a portfolio of existing experience partners. You'll use data and strong relationships to improve partner performance across Buyagift and Red Letter Days. This role focuses on partner growth and performance rather than new partner acquisition. You'll drive revenue, margin, product quality, availability, and engagement, while building trusted relationships with partners and identifying opportunities for product expansion.
