Key responsibilities

• Supporting the managed services team in the advanced troubleshooting of incidents within customer environments.
• Acting as a technical resource for major incidents relating to Unix/Linux technologies and managing incidents and problems appropriately.
• Performing technical root cause analysis on recurring incidents or major incidents and assisting engagement with projects to ensure delivery of technical solutions.
