- Supporting the managed services team in the advanced troubleshooting of incidents within customer environments.
- Managing incidents and problems appropriately within agreed service levels and performing technical root cause analysis.
- Assisting engagement with projects to ensure designs of technical solutions are in line with the requirements of the customer.
