Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Framatome EM2.2* Work Package Manager to whom he/she reports, the EM2.2 Site Works Coordinator is responsible for supporting the EM2.2 task Leaders in the coordination of the site works associated within the contractual context of the HPC construction site : Package EM2.2 "Installation of reactor equipment" in compliance with the safety and security rules, quality and project schedule applicable on site, local labor regulations.



Description of duties:

Supporting the Work Package & Task Leaders and coordinating the activities of the teams placed at their disposal to perform the tasks of the scope of works,

Participating to internal coordination, progress and quality site meetings,

Weekly reporting on specific EM2.2 activities to the Work Package & Task Leaders,

Ensuring that administrative and Health & Safety rules are applied on site,

Capitalizing the feedbacks from operations for the benefit of future projects.

 


Basics : 

Educational Basics : Masters degree

Professional Basics :

Qualified general engineer with if possible, first experience in the civil nuclear field,

Ability to manage a blue collars team of 5/10, 

Knowledge of mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly,

Ability to communicate (both internally to the customer (construction) and suppliers),

Knowledge / Soft skills :

 

·       Good communication skills

·       Management (Blue Collars)

·       Schedule (operational)

·       English level : Pro

·       IT: MS 365, COEDM, Teamcenter, ..

Key responsibilities
