Summary
the pitchJoin our team as a Program Manager in the GPMO. You will provide leadership across the full lifecycle of IT and Product initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered on schedule, at high quality, and in alignment with established business and technical objectives. You will work closely with Product Management and IT, aligning stakeholders, driving decisions, and orchestrating the work required to bring offerings successfully to market. This role requires strong problem-solving capabilities, analytical strength, and a resilient mindset suited to fast-paced, evolving environments.

- Sound decision‑making ability, even in ambiguous situations; considers upstream/downstream impacts and balances long‑term and short‑term objectives
- Strong leadership presence, capable of motivating teams, resolving conflict, and fostering a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement
- Experience delivering complex IT programs and programmes across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, workplace technology, or enterprise applications
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams is highly beneficial
- 3+ years’ experience working in a software development or technology driven environment
- Ideally experience in utilising JIRA for Program Management
- 8+ years’ experience delivering complex IT programs and programmes within enterprise environments, with a proven track record of successful delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related area, or equivalent program/program management experience
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desired
