Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives across retail, commercial, corporate, digital, and challenger banks, leading strategic discussions on operating model redesign, digital and payments transformation, customer experience, regulatory change, and the practical use of data and AI.
- Originate and convert a pipeline of strategic consulting opportunities, opening new relationships, not only delivering scoped work, and leading pursuits end-to-end: qualification, proposition shaping, proposal development, and executive close.
- Ensure successful delivery across the portfolio: quality, client outcomes, commercial performance, and risk management, leading multidisciplinary teams spanning strategy, business, technology, data, and transformation specialists.
