Quality Team Manager
Summary
the pitchJoin Nuvia, a leading engineering and technology company, as a Quality Team Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery and performance of the Projects Engineering & Decommissioning Business Line Project Quality Assurance and Quality Control team. You will provide advice and guidance within your area of expertise, engage with external stakeholders, and ensure that project quality requirements are maintained. This position is based in Warrington, Cheshire.

· Degree or relevant experience in line with a Quality role and having affiliate status with a view to achieve a PCQI or Chartered status.
Duties and Requirements
· Interact with all key stakeholders, Exec Members and or P+L holders
· Point of contact for external suppliers and 3rd parties related to specialism
· Point of contact for the business on their specialism
· Strong Communicator and presentation skills
· Able to provide specialist advice regarding Quality
· Strategic Decision Making
· Flexibility to travel to other UK offices and sites on occasion as necessary
· Identify, report and advise on risks and opportunities associated with meeting Client regulatory and legal requirements and stakeholder expectations within a project

Key responsibilities
- Proactively provide advice and guidance related to quality assurance and control, ensuring that business level quality requirements and improvements are identified and delivered effectively.
- Lead and contribute to the Projects Engineering & Decommissioning Business Line Project Quality Assurance and Quality Control team, ensuring that project quality requirements are maintained.
- Engage with external contacts/stakeholders and colleagues to build effective relationships and reach mutually beneficial solutions, while identifying opportunities to increase influence in key areas.
